1. Right to Return

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the statutory right to return any physical item purchased on Salp.shop within 14 calendar days of physical delivery, for any reason, across all 27 European countries.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, follow these steps:

1. Log into your customer account or visit our Order Lookup & Returns Portal with your order number and email.
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and confirm your return request.
3. You will receive return instructions and the brand's verified workshop return address.
4. Package the item securely in original packaging and hand it to your local postal carrier.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return shipping cost back to the maker's workshop. If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you will be provided with a prepaid return shipping label at zero cost to you.

4. Excluded Items

Pursuant to statutory EU consumer protection regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, perishable goods, or sealed hygiene items once unsealed after delivery.

5. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All items carry a mandatory two-year legal warranty of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771. The independent brand, as the statutory Seller of Record, is strictly liable for defects manifesting within two years of delivery.

6. Reimbursement Window

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of the Vendor receiving the returned items or proof of return shipment. The refund is credited directly to your original payment method via Stripe Connect.
