2. Disclosed Commercial Agency Payment Flow

Salp Operating B.V. receives consumer payments via Stripe Connect acting strictly as a disclosed commercial agent for and on behalf of the respective independent Vendor (Seller of Record). Upon successful payment authorization by your payment provider, your payment obligation to the Vendor for the purchased goods is completely and irrevocably discharged.

3. Security and PSD2 Compliance

Salp.shop never stores your credit card numbers or sensitive payment authentication data. All payment processing is executed on Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified banking infrastructure with mandatory Strong Customer Authentication (3D Secure 2.0) pursuant to European PSD2 regulations.

4. Multi-Currency Transparency (All 7 European Currencies)

Transactions are processed in your local European currency, supporting all 7 official European currencies: the Euro (€) as well as all 6 non-EUR European Union currencies (Czech Koruna [CZK], Danish Krone [DKK], Hungarian Forint [HUF], Polish Złoty [PLN], Romanian Leu [RON], and Swedish Krona [SEK]) with guaranteed zero-conversion pricing. All checkout amounts are fully inclusive of statutory destination VAT across all 27 European Union member states.
