Fair Returns Policy

1. Right to Return

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to return any physical item purchased on Salp.shop within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, follow these steps:

1. Log into your Salp.shop dashboard.
2. Go to 'Your Orders' and select the item you wish to return.
3. Click 'Request Return' to notify the Vendor.

3. Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

4. Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is typically borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or the Vendor explicitly offers free returns.

5. Exceptions

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customized or personalized goods.
• Perishable goods (e.g., food items).
• Hygiene-sealed products that have been unsealed.

6. Refunds

Once the Vendor receives and inspects the return, a refund will be issued via your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
